Antonio Schiro

Born in 1970, degree in Business Economics from the Cà Foscari University of Venice, discussing a thesis in quantitative company methodologies entitled “The financial statements in the Romanian accounting system.” Chartered accountant and auditor, he has always studied issues concerning corporate finance and internationalization. This propensity has led to an intense and constant training activity aimed at specialization in the aforementioned professional fields, namely corporate finance and international consulting, attending masters and courses at the most famous Italian and international training schools. This is how he began his freelance activity as an independent advisor, founding STUDIO SCHIRO & PARTNERS in 2000. Member of various boards of directors of companies and private entities and public, of banks, financial, industrial, and service companies, both in Italy and abroad. The experience gained in the international arena has created the prerequisite for carrying out professional training activities as well as being an expert in the field of corporate finance. Antonio Schiro was the founder of the Italian-Mongolian Chamber of Commerce, and founder of the Associazione Sistema, a free association of Italian companies in Serbia, from whose rebranding Confindustria Serbia was established as a foreign territory of Confindustria Nazionale, of which he is Vice President, as well as a member of the Executive Council of the Confederation of the Balkans or Confindustria Balcani.
