Massimo Fedeli
Born in Milan in 1964. Married and proud father of 4 children. The first years of training begin with the Scientific Diploma (Francesco Morosini Naval College of Venice), the Degree in Political Economy (Bocconi University of Milan – “The Art Market – fiscal and regulatory problems”), and the course for Complementary Officers (Naval Academy of Livorno) As a Navy Officer, he held the positions of Sailing Instructor at the Academy and then of Press Officer at the Maritime Military Department of La Spezia. His professional career begins in the FMCG sector (Nestlè) and then continues in the world of Consulting (Bain & Cuneo), where he coordinates strategic projects in the TELCO, SERVICES, and INDUSTRY sectors. He leaves the consultancy to implement a strategic restructuring project at the Spare Parts Division of Magneti Marelli. In the following years, he held various managerial positions within the FIAT Group, during which he dealt with acquisitions, divestments, due diligence, start-ups, mobility info, insurance, and services to then join Ferrari Spa on call from the President Luca Cordero di Montezemolo when the newly formed Ferrari Maserati group is given the task of relaunching MASERATI. He leaves the positions of CEO of Ferrari GB and Deputy Chairman of the FIAT Group in the United Kingdom only after having created all the standards and group commercial contracts (sales distribution contracts and after-sales), having rationalized the European spare parts warehouses, having created the English branches for Ferrari and Maserati, having created a Racing Team and having won the European Ferrari Challenge Championship by bringing an English gentlemen driver back to winning the Championship against semi-professional drivers. Since 2009 holds the position of Managing Partner of the English subsidiary of FairPlay Consulting and, in his spare time, deals with Not For Profit projects in the Environmental, Sports, and Education sectors. Massimo is a member of the Institute of Director (IOD) and of the Institute of Digital Marketing (IDM) in England
